2012-NO SHOPPING!
It's been long over due, but I'm doing the seemingly undoable! Many don't have faith in me, but I CAN will the power to make it through!
"Wait, like no shopping? Not even body/hair products?" Bre asks.
"Nope!" I answer with confidence as I think sort through my visual mind the massive quantities of everything I don't need piling up under the sink and then to the 2 boxes in the closet of perfume, make-up, and lotions and confirm:
"I have more than enough of EVERYTHING to last 365 days!"
And thus begins the challenge of a bargain "but it was on deep discount" over-shopper in massive quantites Lindsay that I have come to know over the past decade.
Everyone say 'Goodbye (crazed-shopper, un-organized, project un-completer, tags still on clothing, un-worn shoe buyer, costco quantity of everything) Lindsay!'
"GOODBYE PRE-2012 LINDEEZY!"

ReplyDeleteI'm proud of you! Most of us in America have too much stuff in our homes. After living in China for a year and a half, I know that I will keep less in my house than before this experience, except for food, of course! Good luck! I know you can do it!
ReplyDeleteOh Lindsay! I'm so excited to read each post and for us to find new friendship activities that don't revolve around shopping or wine. What WILL we do? Look out 2012!
